| Plan Ahead! To keep your cost down and freshness and quality high, we maintain as low as possible inventory. Sometimes there will be a delay of upwards of as much as three days before we can ship. Your card will not be billed until the order ships! Allow at least normal UPS transit time + 3 days for processing. | |
| Returns | |
| Due to the nature of the product, returns are not generally possible. However, if the product is returned in new, unused condition, at your risk for damage en-route, then we will at our option issue a store credit. | |
| Damage | |
| Any suspect damage, report it to your shipping company. Save the packing. Obtain the forms required. | |
| Availability | |
| Our goal is low cost for you and a large inventory for selection. Sometimes items may not be available. We will then at our option either drop-ship from our warehouses or refund your order. | |
