Beer!

In the lagering fridge at 50F

 

Pour cold wort into fermenter, add yeast, put on airlock and you're done!

 

 

 

 

 

After the yeast got going (after a day), since this is a Lager, I transfered into a lagering fridge that I keep at 50F with a refridgerator control unit.

 

And that's it for my Pilsner Urquell clone.  After a month or so in the fridge, it'll be ready!
